摘要
采用催化氧化法对硝基苯废水的处理进行研究。结果表明:在反应体系pH=3~4,H2O2(30%)投加量为3.5 mg/L的条件下,经过还原及催化氧化后的废水进行絮凝沉淀,调节pH为7~9,出水COD低于120 mg/L,可以达到GB 8978—1996二级排放标准。
This paper researched the treatment of nitrobenzene water by the catalyzed oxo-process,the result indicated: that at the reacting system of pH=3~4 and H2O2(30%)is 3.5 mg/L,the waste water flocculently deposited though deoxidization and catalyzed oxidation.it may achieve the GB 8978-1996 second discharge standard when pH was adjusted to 7~9 and effluent COD was below 120 mg/L.
