新型高分子材料添加剂——表面改性纳米氢氧化镁的合成及性能研究

摘要 在室温下以阴离子表面活性剂AEC9Na为改性剂,合成了针状结构的纳米氢氧化镁。通过XRD,TEM,沉降体积和热重分析,表明了合成的样品粒径为35 nm左右,与石蜡具有较好的相容性。同时,通过热重的质量损失曲线,证明了合成的样品上含有改性剂。 Using anionic surfactant AEC9Na as surface modified agent,nano-Mg(OH)2 which has needle shape was synthesized at room temperature.The synthesized products were characterized by XRD,TEM,settling volume and TG.Experimental results indicated that the average diameter of the sample which has well compatibility with olefin is about 35nm,and there is modifying agent in the sample through TG analysis.
