实验室建设的关键是实验技术队伍的建设。分析了高校实验室队伍建设的现状和问题,提出了转变陈旧观念、完善科学培训体系、强化激励机制、健全管理规章制度等高校实验室队伍建设的途径。

The key of laboratory construction is the construction of laboratory technical staff.This paper analyzed the present situation and the problem of laboratory staff construction in the universities,and proposed the ways of Universities laboratory staff construction,for example,transforming obsolete idea,perfecting science training system,strengthening excitation mechanism,perfecting managerial rules and regulations.
