摘要
碳刷和滑环是发电机动静接触和交换能量的设备,是发电机励磁系统的重要组成部分,但是运行中由于很多原因,时常出现发热现象,严重危及发电机的安全运行。通过分析励磁碳刷滑环发热的产生、发展和引起碳刷、滑环发热的因素,并结合几年来的实践经验,总结出发热的处理方法及严重发热时实用可行的两种应急处理方法,进而针对性地提出了使其正常运行的维护方法和注意事项。
