Analysis of the cause of incooperation in infant accepted intravenous infusion and tactic

目的:研究小儿静脉输液不顺从的原因。方法:对110例患儿输液总时间进行调查。结果:患儿输液时间5 280 h,不顺从的时间270.3 h,占5.12%,不顺从性与性别、年龄、输液部位、疼痛、饥饿、技术因素、家属因素等有关。结论:护理人员提高技术操作水平,做好家属及患儿的解释工作,取得患儿及家属的配合是解决该问题的关键。
