骨髓活检在骨髓增生异常综合征诊断中的临床意义

The Clinical Significance of Bone Marrow Biopsy in Myelodysplastic Syndromes

目的:探讨骨髓活检与骨髓涂片在骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS)诊断中的价值,以利于有效诊治。方法:对25例MDS患者骨髓活检采用塑料包埋薄切片苏木素-伊红染色,骨髓涂片采用瑞氏染色。结果:所有患者均存在不同程度的血细胞发育异常的形态学表现。骨髓活检与骨髓涂片增生程度相符者12例(48%),骨髓活检增生程度高于骨髓涂片者11(44%)例,骨髓涂片高于骨髓活检者2例(8%),骨髓涂片与骨髓活检相结合有助于MDS的诊断与分型。结论:骨髓活检对MDS的诊断、治疗及预后有明显的指导意义,可作为MDS的常规检查。
