The Role of TGF-β_1 in the Infertility Caused by Fallopian Tube Obstruction

目的:探索转化生长因子β1在输卵管阻塞性不孕发病机制中的作用。方法:对本院2007年1月至2007年12月不孕的病例进行临床分析。结果:输卵管不育占不育症的22.8%,TGF-β1在输卵管阻塞性不孕组和子宫肌瘤导致不孕组有明显差异,差异有统计学意义。结论:TGF-β1是导致输卵管阻塞的重要原因,腹腔镜是治疗输卵管不通导致不孕的重要手段,使用TGF-β1活性抑制剂安全可靠,疗效明显。

Objective To investigate the expression and significance of TGF-β_1 in the infertility caused by fallopian tube obstruction.Methods 90 sterility patients in Shenzhen 9th People s Hospital from January 2007 to December 2007 were selected.Results The rate of sterility caused by fallopian tube obstruction is 22.8 %.The levels of the TGF-β_1 in the fallopian tube obstruction group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion TGF-β_1 plays an important role in infertility caused by...
