摘要
目的:探讨多房性囊性肾瘤的超声表现,以及超声检查对多房性囊性肾瘤的诊断价值,提高对该病的认识。方法:回顾性分析4例多房性囊性肾瘤患者的超声资料,结合文献讨论本病的超声表现及诊断价值。结果:4例超声表现均为肾内边界清楚的多房性囊性病变:各囊大小不等,囊内液体表现为无回声或近似无回声,无回声暗区之间有数量不等、强度不一的高回声分隔;彩色多普勒超声检查:3例在肿瘤内部及周边未见血流信号,1例在肿瘤周边及间隔内显示低速低阻的血流信号。结论:多房性囊性肾瘤在超声检查中具有特征表现,超声检查有助于提高多房性囊性肾瘤的正确诊断。
