Determination of Paeoniflorin of Fuxinshu Capsules by HPLC

目的:建立HPLC法测定妇心舒胶囊中芍药苷含量。方法:色谱柱为KNAUERC18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈-水(20:80),流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为35℃。结果:芍药苷在1.71mg/L～6.84mg/L浓度之间与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9997,平均回收率98.58%,RSD=1.03%,(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、准确,专属性强,可以作为妇心舒胶囊的质量控制标准。

Objective To establish a method for determining Paeoniflorin of Fuxinshu Capsule by HPLC.Methods KNAUER C18 column was used.The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water(20:80)with flow rate 1.0 ml/min.The detection wavelength was set at 230 nm.The column temperature was 35℃.Results The linear range of Paeoniflorin was at the range of 1.71 mg/L～6.84 mg/L(r=0.9997).The average recovery was 98.58% and RSD was 1.03%(n=6).Conclusion The method is rapid,highly accurate and precise.It can control the quality o...
