摘要
目的:探讨应用自动毫安技术在新生儿头颅CT扫描应用价值。方法:选取进行头颅CT检查的新生儿120例,随机等分成3组,应用自动毫安扫描技术,行头颅CT扫描,分别记录扫描平均毫安秒(mAs)、CT剂量加权指数(CTDIw)、全头颅扫描剂量长度乘积(DLP),进行图像质量对比分析。结果:扫描剂量与图像质量呈正相关系,扫描剂量越高,图像质量越好,随着扫描剂量降低,图像质量下降,应用的参数使扫描剂量过低,则不能保证图像质量而影响诊断。结论:应用合适的参数进行新生儿头颅CT自动毫安扫描既可保证图像质量,还能显著降低辐射剂量。
