摘要
目的:通过观察2型糖尿病患者的运动疗法的疗效进行分析并探讨护理对策。方法:对我院50例糖尿病患者进行回顾性分析,其中对25例糖尿病患者对其运动方式、强度、时间、时机等进行护理干预。结果:干预组的疗效优于对照组,差异有显著意义。结论:体育锻炼可促进肌肉对葡萄糖的利用,使胰岛素消耗减少,从而提高疗效。
