BU/CY预处理方案并发肝静脉闭塞病的预防及护理

Prevention and Nursing for Hepatic Venous Occlusive Disease in BU/CY Pretreatment

目的:探讨应用马利兰/环磷酰胺(BU/CY)预处理方案在造血干细胞移植后患者并发肝静脉闭塞病(HVOD)的预防及护理方法。方法:临床观察本院45例BU/CY预处理异基因造血干细胞移植的患者,通过早期及时应用前列地尔加门冬氨酸预防HVOD,通过密切观察病情、溶栓及抗凝的护理以及心理护理等各种综合护理措施,减少HVOD的发生率。结果:45例接受异基因造血干细胞移植的患者中37例有不同程度的转氨酶升高,3例发生肝静脉闭塞病,发生率为6.67%,通过综合治疗及积极护理后,3例肝静脉闭塞患者均完全恢复。结论:完整而系统的预防及护理措施,是BU/CY预处理方案并发肝静脉闭塞病的重要措施之一。
