全髋关节置换治疗老年股骨颈骨折及其并发症分析

Analysis of Total Hip Replacement for the Treatment of Femoral Neck Fractures and Its Complications in the Elderly

目的:探讨高龄患者股骨颈骨折全髋关节置换术(THA)的疗效并分析其并发症。方法:本组68例65岁以上股骨颈骨折患者,女42例,男26例;年龄65岁～80岁,平均年龄72.1岁。均为外伤后股骨颈头下型骨折,位线差,其中Garden分型为Ⅲ型30例,Ⅳ型38例,全部应用全髋关节置换术进行治疗。结果:经1.5a～8a(平均5.2a)随访,按Harris评分标准,优良率83.82%(57/68);术后并发症主要为深静脉栓塞7例(10.29%),异位骨化5例(7.35%)。结论:全髋关节置换术是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的有效方法,但应注意并发症。
