颈前路手术治疗颈椎骨折脱位的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing for the Patients with Cervical Vertebral Fracture and Dislocation through Anterior Approach Operation

目的:探讨颈前路手术治疗颈椎骨折脱位的围手术期护理效果。方法:总结本科自2005年至2007年收治的85例颈椎骨折脱位伴不同程度脊髓损伤,行颈前路减压植骨融合内固定术患者的护理方法和临床效果。结果:85例患者术后伤口均一期愈合,手术后自理能力和肢体功能均得到不同程度恢复,无一例出现明显并发症。结论:系统的围手术期护理是颈前路手术治疗颈椎骨折患者术后疗效是否满意的重要因素之一。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of perioperative nursing for patients with cervical vertebral fracture and dislocation underwent anterior approach operation.
