高压氧综合治疗2型糖尿病对生化指标改变的影响

To Observe the Effect on Biochemistry Index in treating Diabetes-2 With Hyperberic Oxygen

目的:观察应用高压氧(HBO)加常规内科治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将220例糖尿患者随机分为对照组110例,行常规内科治疗;HBO组110例,行常规内科治疗加HBO治疗,治疗前后分别测定空腹血糖(FPG)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)进行对比分析。结果:HBO组治疗后其TC、LDL与对照组TC、LDL比较,差异有统计学意义,HBO组较对照组显著降低(P<0.01),HBO组治疗后FPG、TG与对照组治疗后FPG、TG比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:HBO加常规内科治疗糖尿病疗效优于单纯内科治疗。提示HBO加常规内科治疗2型糖尿病能更有效的控制糖尿病患者的高血糖,提高糖尿病患者的治疗效果。
