Expression and Significance of Caspase-3 in Lichen planus

目的:探讨凋亡基因caspase-3在扁平苔藓(Lichen planus,Lp)病变中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化法对30例扁平苔藓皮损和30例正常皮肤组织凋亡相关蛋白caspase-3的表达情况进行检测。结果:扁平苔藓组caspase-3蛋白表达率高于正常对照组的表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:caspase-3作为凋亡的最终效应分子,可能在扁平苔藓病变中起到重要作用。

Objective To investigate the expression of caspase-3 in Lichen planus and its role of in the pathogenesis of Lichen planus. Methods The immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of caspase-3 in 30 cases of Llichen planus and 30 cases of normal skin. Results The expression of caspase-3 in the Lichen planus was higher than in the normal skin(P<0.01). Conclusion The increase of caspase-3 expression may contribute to the formation and progression of Lichen planus.
