亚麻粗纱酶剂练漂工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用国产的酶剂对亚麻粗纱进行了模拟生产加工的练漂试验。结果表明:完全可以达到当前习用的亚漂、碱煮氧漂的双漂工艺粗纱的白度和损失率的程度;而其单纱强度不匀(变异系数)有明显下降,练漂废水中的有害物质也有所下降,酶练废水不必经过特殊处理,其BOD就已达到国家城市废水排放的标准;使亚麻粗纱练漂达到清洁生产的程度,但测算的成本将高于亚漂、碱煮氧漂的双漂工艺。
