铜离子电化学疗法与痔结扎术治疗内痔临床疗效对比分析

The contrastive study on the clinical curative effect by copper ion electrochemistry and ligation operation in the treatment of hemorrhoids

目的:探讨铜离子电化学疗法治疗内痔的临床疗效。方法:将200例内痔患者随机分为研究组和对照组,研究组应用铜离子电化学疗法治疗,对照组应用传统痔结扎术,观察术后尿潴留、术后肛门疼痛程度、排便时肛门疼痛情况、术后便血、住院时间、术后恢复工作时间、术后复发、术后肛门狭窄等指标。结果:研究组在术后肛门疼痛程度、排便时肛门疼痛情况、术后便血、住院时间、术后恢复工作时间等各项指标显著低于对照组(P<0.01),术后复发、术后肛门狭窄等指标两组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:铜离子电化学疗法能有效的治疗内痔,并在相关指标上优于痔结扎术。
