摘要
目的:探讨成年大鼠在低压性缺氧后,胰岛素样生长因子I在其视网膜的表达情况。方法:成年Wistar大鼠暴露于低氧环境(9%~7%O2)2h后,分别在3h、24h、3d、7d和14d,通过实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应,蛋白免疫印迹法检测胰岛素样生长因子I(IGF-I)在视网膜的表达情况。结果:在暴露于低氧性环境后的3h,24h和3d,成年大鼠视网膜IGF-ImRNA和蛋白质水平均较正常对照组增加(P<0.05),在7d和14d其表达较正常对照组差异无显著性。结论:缺氧可以使成年大鼠视网膜IGF-I的表达上调。
Objective:To examine the expression of Insulin-like growth factor I(IGF-I) in the retina of adult rat following hypobaric hypoxic exposures.Methods:Adult Wistar rats were subjected to hypobaric hypoxia for 2h,following which the expression of IGF-I in the retina was investigated from 3h-14d by real time RT-PCR and western blotting.Results:Upregulated mRNA and protein expression of IGF-I in the retina was observed at 3h,24h and 3d after hypoxic exposure following which it decreased on 7d and 14day.Conclusion...
