The intellectual property of college,as important asset in college,is paid mort attention.Meanwhile the infringement on it is increasing.As to the content,feature of intellectual property and the feature of infringement,the paper advises to improve protective sense to intellectual property,build scientific and effective management system to intellectual property and improve protective law system in order to hold back the appearance of infringement in college effectively.
