黄河下游河道整治工程设计流量探讨

Approach to Designed Discharge of River Training Works on the Lower Yellow River

在简要回顾河道整治工程存在问题的基础上,分析了近年来黄河下游来水的变化。用平均流量和平滩流量两种方法分析了今后河道整治工程的设计流量,认为其应在1 000 m3/s左右。同时,提出了降低新建、续建工程坝顶高程的建议。

It analyzes the variations of coming water of the lower Yellow River in recent years based on a brief review of existing problems of river training works.It analyzes the designed discharge of river training works in the future by using two methods of mean discharge and bankfull discharge and deems that it should be about 1 000 m3/s.It also puts forward suggestions of reducing dam crest elevation of new and rebuilt structures.
