摘要
以双季戊四醇(DPE),异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)和丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为原料合成了六官能UV固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂(PUA)。研究了催化剂、反应物配比、反应温度和反应时间等对树脂合成的影响。通过实验得到了适宜工艺条件:反应物配比n(DPE)∶n(IPDI)1∶n(HEA)=1∶6∶6.72;催化剂为二月桂酸二丁基锡,阻聚剂为对羟基苯甲醚。第1步反应温度为60~65℃,反应时间为2 h,催化剂用量为DPE和IPDI总质量的0.085%;第2步反应温度为65~70℃,反应时间为2.5~3 h,催化剂用量为总投料质量的0.07%,阻聚剂用量为总投料质量的0.95%。
Hexa-functional UV-curable polyurethane acrylate(PUA) was synthesized from dipentaerythritol(DPE),isosphorone diisocyanate(IPDI) and hydroxyethyl acrylate(HEA).The effect of the catalyst,molar ratio of raw materials,reaction temperature and time on the synthesis was discussed.The optiuml synthetic conditions of PUA were as follows:the molar rate of DPE to IPDI and HEA 1∶6∶6.72 with dibutyl tin dilaurate(DBTDL) as catalyst and 4-methoxyphenol as inhibitor.In the first step,reaction temperature was 60-65 ℃,re...
