摘要
为提高热敏CTP(Compute To Plate)版材的显影性和成像性,合成了一种新型阻溶促溶酚醚树脂。通过红外光谱、GPC及1H-NMR对其结构进行了表征。从催化剂、溶剂、反应温度、反应时间及反应物的物质的量比这5个方面对该反应进行了研究,得到了最佳合成条件:1,2-二氯乙烯为溶剂,氨基磺酸作催化剂,乙烯基乙醚与酚羟基物质的量比为3∶1,反应温度40℃,反应时间12 h。将新型阻溶促溶酚树脂用于热敏CTP版材,其综合成像性能优良。
