摘要
伴随着宁波民营企业的壮大,其劳资矛盾日益突出,主要表现为工资水平较低、劳动强度较大、劳动合同签订率不高,其原因集中在劳方、资方和政府三个方面。所以,在构建和谐社会的大背景下,需要劳动者、民营企业家、政府采取相应的对策以构建宁波民营企业和谐的劳资关系,促进宁波民营经济更好的发展。
