摘要
酒类制造企业要构建核心资源和核心竞争力以应对挑战,需要人力资源管理的支持,而良好的人力资源规划则是其中重要的一环。本文基于行业实际,探讨酒类制造企业人力资源规划的原则与流程,分析酒类制造企业人力资源规划与战略的一致性,并指出总体规划和业务规划的重点以及规划实施时须注意的问题。
To get the core resource and core competitive competence,alcohol manufacturing enuerprises need the support of human resource management,so good human resource programming is important.Based on the practice of alcohol manufacturing enterprises,the article studies the principle and flow of human resource programming,analyses the coherence of human resource programming with strategy,points out the emphases and problem in human resource programming of alcohol manufacturing enterprises.
