全要素生产率对江苏经济增长的贡献研究

The Study of TFP Contribution to Jiangsu Economic Growth

加快转变经济发展方式,率先走出科学发展之路,江苏需要加强自主创新,深入推进科技进步,提高劳动者素质,改善经济管理,全力提升全要素生产率对经济增长的贡献率。本文在文献回顾的基础上,对1952—2006年期间全要素生产率对江苏经济增长的贡献进行了实证分析,并提出了相应的政策建议。通过研究,形成如下结论:54年间江苏经济增长中的全要素生产率贡献情况呈现出四个阶段及其特征。1952—1962年,资本存量、劳动力与全要素生产率这三要素对经济增长的贡献率处于较大起伏期;1963—1976年,三要素贡献率处于相对稳定期;1977—1990年,三要素贡献率处于又一波动期;1991—2006年,三要素贡献率处于稳定期。现阶段江苏经济增长正处于技术进步(全要素生产率)占主导的状态。
