摘要
本文利用电化学法测定了制碱工业常用的普通灰铸铁在40%N aOH中不同温度时的极化曲线和交流阻抗谱,并借助光学显微镜和扫描电镜分析了腐蚀表面的微观形貌和腐蚀产物。结果表明:随温度的升高,在浓碱40%N aOH溶液中,铸铁的极化曲线右移,阻抗减小,腐蚀程度明显加剧。铸铁的微观腐蚀形貌是典型的均匀腐蚀,且腐蚀首先发生在基体和石墨交界处,并逐渐扩展到基体。
Polarization curve and EIS of cast iron which are used in basic industry in 40%NaOH Solution of different temperatures was assayed by means of electrochemical process.Then using metallographic analysis and SEM rated the micro pattern and corrosion products of corrodible surface.Experimental results show that,with the increase of temperature,the polarization curve of cast iron is right moved,the EIS of it is minished and it`s the degree of corrosion is apparently aggravated.The corrosion micro pattern of cas...
