摘要
以聚氯乙烯为原料,依次与二乙烯三胺、二硫化碳和氯乙酸反应,合成了含氮、氧、硫配位原子的功能化聚氯乙烯树脂,探讨了该树脂在不同的吸附时间、Cu2+浓度、pH值、温度等条件下对Cu2+的吸附行为.结果表明,树脂对Cu2+具有较快的动力学吸附速率;在30℃,pH值为5.7、Cu2+的初始浓度为16.03 mmol/L时,该树脂对Cu2+的吸附量为0.78 mmol/g.吸附过程符合Freund lich吸附等温式,吸附的活化能为34.83 kJ/mol.用0.2 mol/L的HNO3溶液作为洗脱剂洗脱吸附Cu2+后的树脂,洗脱率可达96.5%.
A novel adsorption material functionalized PVC resin containing N,O and S was synthesized by a series of reactions between PVC,diethylenetriamine,CS2 and ClCH2COOH.The adsorption properties of Cu2+ ion on the resin under different conditions such as adsorption time,the concentrations of Cu2+ ion,pH value,temperature were investigated.The results showed that the adsorption capacity of the resin for Cu2+ ion could reach to 0.78mmol/g when the initial concentration of Cu2+ ion was 16.03mmol/L,the temperature w...
