摘要
在自然环境条件下对国外引进的热带竹种Guadua amplexifolia7个日最低气温条件下的过氧化物酶(POD)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)等7项抗寒性生理指标进行了测定,结果表明:各抗寒性生理指标与日最低气温具有良好的相关性;9℃为轻微的低温逆境,自由水/束缚水比值呈下降趋势;3℃时低温胁迫生理伤害较为严重,POD、CAT、可溶性蛋白和丙二醛(MDA)含量达峰值;0℃时SOD、游离脯氨酸含量达峰值;G.amplexifolia生长的极限低温为-2℃左右。
At the natural condition,7 physiological indexes of Guadua amplexifolia such as peroxidases(POD),Superoxide Dismatase(SOD),catalase(CAT) and so on were measured at 7 different temperatures,which introduced from tropical region abroad.The result indicated: all indexes measured showed high relativity with low temperature stress.At 9 ℃,the bamboo suffered slight low temperature stress and the ratio of free-water to bound-water decreased evidently;POD,CAT,Pr.and malondialdehyde(MDA) reached the maximum at 3 ℃ a...
