摘要
目的探讨振动对雄性新西兰兔生殖激素分泌的影响及其意义。方法将新西兰兔随机分为A组(接振强度为3.02m/s2)、B组(接振强度为6.13m/s2)、C组(接振强度为12.26m/s2)和1个对照组,分别于不同接振时间和接振强度测定血清睾酮、黄体生成素和雌二醇的浓度。结果与接振试验前和对照组相比较,A、B、C 3个试验组血清睾酮和黄体生成素浓度随接振时间的延长和接振强度的增加呈降低趋势,C组在接振试验第30天血清睾酮显著降低;血清雌二醇浓度随接振时间的延长和接振强度的增加呈增高的趋势。结论后肢接振试验可导致血清睾酮、黄体生成素和雌二醇等激素水平降低,从而抑制精子的成熟,影响生殖功能。
