摘要 如何部分或完全恢复视觉功能是目前神经工程和组织工程领域研究的热门课题,采用神经接口和神经假体方案来部分恢复视觉功能是目前主要的手段。视网膜刺激方案是国内外研究较多和较为成熟的刺激方案。本文从技术角度出发,全面地综述了视网膜假体的机制、优缺点和国内外最新研究状况。 Research on how to totally or partially restore the vision has attracted more attention in the fields of neural engineering and tissue engineering. Neural interface and visual prosthesis offer alternative ways for partially repairing the visual impairment. The most widely used visual prosthetics are based on retinal stimulation. This article is a state-of-art review of the principles, technical details and the limitations of retinal prosthesis.
