着重介绍PROFIBUS总线技术在数控轧辊磨床上的硬件和软件组态方法。实践证明,该技术能减少机床布线、节约成本、降低机床故障率、提高生产效率。

This paper introduces emphatically the application of PROFIBUS technology,which used in grouping ways of hardware and software in CNC roll grinding machine.It has proven the technology that would reduce the wire arrangement,save the cost,decrease the faults rate of machine and increase the producing efficiency.
