光照对东海赤潮高发区春季赤潮藻种生长和演替的影响 被引量:12

摘要 2005年5月底至6月中旬在东海赤潮高发区通过现场培养实验探讨了光照对赤潮藻优势种竞争的影响。结果表明,培养期间,SZM站的优势种为米氏凯伦藻、东海原甲藻和中肋骨条藻,RB12站的优势种为硅藻中的中肋骨条藻、角毛藻和拟菱形藻。米氏凯伦藻和东海原甲藻的最适生长光照为5.0 MJ/m2.d,中肋骨条藻和角毛藻的最适生长光照均为23MJ/m2.d。浮游植物优势种发生了明显的演替现象。SZM站,各光照条件下优势种的演替规律相似,由实验初期的米氏凯伦藻演替为中肋骨条藻和东海原甲藻共存,中肋骨条藻的相对含量随着光照增强而逐渐增大,培养末期东海原甲藻居绝对优势地位。RB12站,光照低于4.4 MJ/m2.d时,绿藻的竞争力较硅藻强,光照10.4 MJ/m2.d时,由角毛藻最终演替为拟菱形藻,光照继续增强,浮游植物在角毛藻、拟菱形藻和中肋骨条藻等硅藻之间演替。在富营养化条件下,光照是影响优势种生长和演替的主要因素之一。 The effect of solar radiation on the growth and dominant species succession of Harmful algal blooms(HABs) was studied by the culture experiments in-situ in the East China Sea in Jun.2005.The results showed that the dominant species are Karenia mikimotoi,Prorocentrum donghaiense and Skeletonema costatum at station SZM in the areas of red tide.During the cultures,the succession of dominant species was obvious.The shift of the phytoplankton was from Karenia mikimotoi to Prorocentrum donghaiense and Skeletonema...
