高等教育的质量问题已成为社会关注的热点。高职教育暴露出来的质量问题亟需教育界进行教育质量管理的理论创新。能否引进全面质量管理的思想,借鉴有效的管理模式,成为高职教育管理的一个新课题。本文试就高职教育全面质量管理的可行性和实施方法进行探讨,以期得出一些新的认识。

The higher education quality problem already becomes the hot topic in society.Higher vocational education shows quality priblem revealed to require educational circles to carry out the making theoretical innovation.Whether the total quality management is used,becomes a new problem of the educatiomal management managing a pattern.This paper is a trial on Total Quality Management in Higher Vocational education and the feasibility and implementation of methods to draw some new understanding
