多结太阳电池辐射损伤的电致发光研究 被引量:2

The Use of Electroluminescence to Study the Radiation Effects of Multi-junction Solar Cell

摘要 建立了电致发光测试方法,对一种国产GaInP/GaAs/Ge三结太阳电池1MeV电子辐照后各子电池的辐照特性进行了研究,并与光谱响应结果进行了比较。讨论了GaInP/GaAs/Ge三结太阳电池的辐射损伤机理。 The method of electroluminescence has been founded.It was used to study the radiation effects of each individual cell in a home-made type of triple-junction GaInP/GaAs/Ge solar cell.The results are compared with those obtained by spectral responses.
