VGA增益控制特性自动测试系统设计

摘要 利用GPIB总线,设计了高频全差分VGA增益控制特性的自动测试系统。首先分析了基于巴伦的全差分VGA增益测试系统的测试误差,然后利用计算机控制被测VGA和仪器,实现了增益控制特性的自动测试,并利用VBA技术控制Excel,实现了测试数据的自动记录和处理。最后利用该测试系统,实现了SER1001芯片中VGA模块2176个点的快速测试,并将获得的增益特性测试结果和矢量网络分析仪获得的测试结果进行比较,结果表明文中提供的方法实现了VGA增益控制特性的高精度、高效率测量。 An automatic measurement method for gain control characteristics of high-frequency fully-differential VGAs based on GPIB bus was presented in this paper.After the gain compensation in the balun measurement system was discussed,the method implemented automatic measurement where the VGA under test and test instruments were controlled by a computer.Using VBA technology,the measurement data were recorded and processed by Excel automatically.VGA gain control characteristics measurement with 2176 test points in ...
