全氟壬烯合成的复合催化剂和工艺优化 被引量:4

摘要 ;研究了六氟丙烯(C3F6)齐聚合成全氟壬烯(C9F18)的工艺。考察了主催化剂CsF、助催化剂有机碱和助剂三元组分的协同催化作用,齐聚反应温度、压力和助剂用量对C9F18收率的影响,以及C3F6齐聚反应优化工艺条件的稳定性。结果发现三乙胺和N-甲基哌啶可以改善催化体系碱性、PEG-400有助于CsF的溶解而使C9F18收率大大提高。C3F6齐聚合成C9F18的优化工艺条件为:CsF-N-甲基哌啶-PEG-400复合催化体系,乙腈作溶剂,0.26MPa压力下反应45min,C9F18收率约92%。溶剂以静止分层法回收,所含杂质少。三元组分协同催化C3F6合成C9F18收率高。 Synthesis of perfluorous nonene (C9F18) by oligomerization of hexafluoropropylene (C3F6) was studied. The co-catalytic effects of the primary catalyst CsF, organic alkali catalytic promoter and the auxiliary were investigated, and the effects of temperature and pressure of oligomerization and the used amount of auxiliary on the yield of C9F18 were also studied.
