On the Human Rights in Yuan Opera Works

元代的法律体系,主要是随时立制,临事制宜而陆续颁发的各种单行法构成的。因此,它在人权维护上也就存在着许多问题。元曲是元代知识分子人权精神呈现的一个重要载体,作家们讴歌了一曲曲有关维护生存、呼唤正义、平等发展、婚姻自由等方面人权的动人之歌,那既是元代士人的心声,也是人民与时代的呼声。

Its laws were temporary and issued by separate administrative units.So,those laws inevitably had some weaknesses in protecting human rights.Yuan Opera was an important carrier for composers to present their spirits of human rights in Yuan Dynasty.Those composers composed a sequence of the moving Operas on maintenance of survival,appealing to justice,development on equality,freedom of marriage,which were the aspirations of the composers in Yuan Dynasty,and also the aspirations of the time and people.
