The article analyzed Fei Xiaotong s Micro-sociology in aspects of its theory,conception and methodology,and attempted to argue that his micro-sociology had developed and expanded the structuralist anthropology and greatly influenced the economic practice of China,since anthropology was added into ideas of sociology.It can be a summary of Xiaotong s ideas on social anthropology,though there were few cases of application by him.
