摘要
论述了打击与预防国际犯罪的客观需要促进了国际刑法的产生与发展,而国际刑法作为规制国际犯罪的法律,又反之为国际犯罪的遏制提供了法律依据和保障。因此,可以说,国际犯罪与国际刑法之间的关系是相互依存、相生相伴的。
This paper argues that reality s need to attack and prevent international crimes advocates birth and development of international criminal law.However,international criminal law,as a law to regulate international crimes,brings out legal rules and protection for safeguarding international crimes.Hence,that is to say,the relation between international crimes and international criminal law is interdependent and growing together.
