摘要
2007年4月1日,07版新商业车险正式启用。行业条款的统一迎来了车险的"同价时代",消费者在投保时更加注重保险公司的服务能力、品牌、信誉和综合实力,各中小险商在失去价格优势后面临严峻考验。本文借鉴"银联"的成功经验,提出建立全国车险通赔系统,营造一个各保险公司公平竞争的平台,更好地维护消费者利益,促进车险市场健康运行。
On April 1,2007,the new edition of commercial auto insurance came into force.
