法律方法论学科意识的觉醒——2007年度中国法律方法论研究学术报告

法律方法论已经成为法学研究的热点问题。本年度法学界对法律方法论进行了更深入的研究,法律方法论的学科意识明显增强。无论是法理学、部门法学还是法律史学领域对此都做了一定的研究。尤其是,跨法律部门的法律方法研究也构成本年度一大特色。总体上看,我国法律方法论研究从研究的范围、层次和深度均有所推进。但我国法律方法论研究尚存在若干局限性,其发展依然面临一些重要理论与实践难题,总结并克服这些不足与难题有助于推进这方面的研究。
