摘要
采用时域动态仿真法研究了江苏电网及各分区电网的频率电压动态特性,分别得到了江苏全网和各分区电网的综合负荷频率响应系数。对江苏电网现行低频低压减负荷方案进行了校核,表明可能出现负荷过切、频率悬浮等问题。给出了江苏电网新的低频低压减负荷优化配置方案。研究表明,采用轮级间协调的集中控制型减负荷装置并配以后加速机制可以有效地改善故障下频率电压恢复曲线,减少切负荷量。
The frequency and voltage dynamic response characteristics of Jiangsu power grid and its regional sub-grids are studied by using the Time-Domain Dynamic Simulation method.The general load frequency response coefficients of Jiangsu power grid and its regional sub-grids are obtained.The current UFLS and UVLS settings of Jiangsu power grid are verified and its result shows that load over-shedding and the frequency suspending are the main potential problems.The new UFLS and UVLS settings are given.The UFLS devi...
