摘要
针对一起发电厂关口表三相失压造成的电量损失问题,阐述其事故原因,提出损失电量追补方案,计算分析应追补的电量。总结事故教训,给出避免同类问题的注意事项。电量损失问题得到公平处理,获得厂网双方认可。
Aiming at a matter about electric energy compensation caused by 3 phase voltage losing of gateway meter in an electric power plant,the cause is represented and the scheme about electric compensation is put forward.The lesson is summarized and some items are presented that must be cared to avoid similar accident.Finally,the problem about electric compensation is resolved impartially.The scheme is affirmed by both the Electric network and the plant.
