Translation of Long Sentences

本文旨在从语言的三个层面即语义、语法、语用谈一谈对信、迭、雅三原则的理解和认识。从整体上来说,这三个方面是有机统一的整体。本文注重介绍长句的翻译并首先根据语法结构介绍了长句的定义。理解句意可以通过选择和排除一些概念,而后找到句中近义词和反义词的对等成分来实现,之后通过对长句分析的讨论,提出翻译长句的四种方法:顺译法,逆译法,分译法,综合译法。

This paper presents the writer s comprehension on these three criteria from three levels view points,viz.semantic,grammatical,and pragmatic points of view.These three aspects are organically united as a whole.
