摘要
本文通过介绍怀特海过程哲学的两个关键概念“过程”与“有机”,探讨了怀特海的数学观及其数学教育思想。认为怀特海的数学观和数学教育思想是他的过程哲学的具体运用和体现,对我们今天的数学教育实践活动具有重要的启示意义。
This paper examines the Whitehead s ideas of mathematics education through defining two key concepts of Whitehead s process philosophy — process and organism. It concludes that the Whitehead s ideas of both mathematics and mathematics education embodies the standpoint of his process philosophy, and have important implication for us teaching and learning mathematics today.
