摘要
测试性设计已经成为装备研制中一个必不可少的环节。从国内外计算机测试性辅助设计的现状出发,通过分析装甲车辆火控系统的测试性工作内容,重点介绍了计算机测试性辅助设计软件系统的设计思路与性能特点。该系统能为不同的用户对象在测试性工作中使用,为测试性设计的实施提供辅助工具。
DFT(design for testability) has become a necessary link of materiel development.This paper reviews the domestic and foreign state of the art of computer testability aided design(CTAD),and analysis the content of testability for fire control system of armored vehicle.The design scheme and character of CTAD software is be researched detailedly.The software system can be used in testability work by different user to aid actualize DFT.
