摘要
利用分光光度法分别研究了麦冬和金银花及2者协同清除羟自由基的活性作用.结果:麦冬和金银花的提取物对羟自由基的清除率分别是46.1%,52.3%,2种提取物混合液对羟自由基清除率达60.2%,有较好的增效作用.
The scavenging effect of Ophiopogon japonicus(Linn.f.)Ker-Gawl.extracts,Lonicera japonica Thurb.extracts and its mixture to hytroxyl radical have been studied by spectrophotometry.The result are as follows:scavenging persentage of Ophiopogon japonicus(Linn.f.)Ker-Gawl.extracts,Lonicera japonica Thurb.extracts and its mixture to hytroxyl radical is 46.1%,52.3% and 60.2%,so they have finer antioxidtion activity.It has finer synergic action when Ophiopogon japonicus(Linn.f.)Ker-Gawl.extracts,Lonicera japonica ...
