CRM(Customer Relationship Management) is not only concept of management,but also a new mechanism of management which improves the relationship tetween the organization and the customers,and a software and technology of management.Data Mining can forecast the trend and behaviors.which supports decision nicely.A successful CRM is due to the success of Data Warehousing and Data Mining.
