环氧化酶-2(COX-2)是环氧化酶的诱导型,是催化花生四烯酸合成前列腺素的限速酶。COX-2在肿瘤细胞生长、细胞凋亡和肿瘤血管生成方面发挥重要作用。COX-2与肿瘤关系密切,现对该领域的研究现状作一综述。

Cyclooxyenase-2 ( COX-2 ) is the induced subtype of cycloxyenase, which is the rate-limiting enzyme that catalyzes the arachidonic acid synthesizing into prostaglandin. COX-2 plays an important role in the growth of tumour cells, apoptosis, and the angiogenesis of tumour. COX-2 is closely associated with tumour, and the following is a review about the present situation of research in this field.
